  • Prices are based on distance, volume, type of goods, and service selected.

  • Advance payment may be required to confirm booking.
  • Full payment must be completed before delivery (unless agreed otherwise in writing).

We do not have hidden charges. All costs will be explained before confirmation.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation must be informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled date.
  • Advance payment may be non-refundable in last-minute cancellations.
  • Rescheduling depends on vehicle and team availability.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Pack personal valuables like cash, jewelry, and important documents separately.
  • Inform us about fragile or high-value items in advance.
  • Ensure proper access for loading and unloading (parking, lift access, etc.).

Shifting Vala is not responsible for items packed by the customer without informing us.

5. Transit Time

Delivery time depends on distance, route, weather, traffic, and other conditions.
We provide an estimated timeline, but delays due to unforeseen circumstances are not under our control.

6. Insurance and Liability

  • Basic transit safety is maintained during transport.
  • Insurance (if opted) covers damage as per insurance company terms.
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We are not responsible for natural disasters, accidents, riots, strikes, or events beyond our control.

7. Prohibited Items

Customers must not transport:

  • Illegal goods
  • Explosive or hazardous materials
  • Flammable chemicals
  • Perishable items

If such items are found, the booking may be cancelled without refund.

8. Website Usage
